Great amenities and beautiful surroundings. the hotel had a lovely pool and gym, plus a nice bar and restaurant. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well-equipped with air conditioning and comfortable beds. Best aspects: I really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and greenery surrounding the hotel. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the local area - just a short drive away from plenty of tourist attractions and activities.

the food was not to my taste, and the staff did not seem to care about the quality of service they were providing.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool and massage services, fulfilled all of our needs. the sun terrace and garden area provided the perfect place for relaxation. the restaurant's breakfast and special diet menus were exceptional. We loved the private facilities, including the leisure/TV room and in-room breakfast options. the staff's top-notch service added to the wonderful experience we had at this venue.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the snack bar could have had more variety. the packed lunches and picnic area/tables were great alternatives.

There are also a host of facilities on offer, including meeting rooms, a swimming pool and a bar.

The air conditioning in the rooms can be quite noisy, and the power supply can be intermittent.

Spent New Year holiday at a hotel in Burundi with good amenities such as a swimming pool and gym. Room was comfortable enough, with nice linens and towels. Its location near the airport and downtown made sightseeing and eating out a breeze. Plus, the staff were helpful in arranging transportation.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel such as the food, which was just average and could have been better. Noise from other guests in the corridors and adjacent rooms was also a problem.
